Having worked for a number of small web agencies building web applications, I now work on the bioscience and collaboration tool DECIPHER at The Sanger Institute. I'm also involved in developing international biodata discovery API's (GA4GH Matchmaker Exchange) and standards to validate and annotate JSON data (JSON Schema). While professionally working with Perl, I continue to learn new languages and tools like Swift and iOS frameworks.
